Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, has an immediate need for a full-time bi-lingual Production Associate. This position will focus on operating tile cutting machines, packing and pulling sample orders, etc. Qualified candidates must be able to read and use measuring tools accurately. Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• Able to read and print shop and customer orders
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to Supervisor
• Unload the finished parts and stack according to size, shape and material
• Completes jobs on a timely and consistent basis
• Works as a team to achieve optimal results
• Actively looks for new and improved ways to do things
• Performs general housekeeping and clean-up as required
• Completes other related duties as assigned or directed by the supervisor

Qualifications

• English/Spanish speaking
• Ability to interpret job orders and take accurate measurements
• Basic mathematical skills and ability using a tape measure
• Capability to lift 50 lbs. with regularity and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
